We offer Yoga classes and courses. I combine Yoga, developmental kinesiology and the findings of modern physiotherapy. I am a pupil of PhDr. Jiří Čumpelík, a personality of Czech rehabilitation and Yoga. Classes are mainly focused on health Yoga.

We are a team that has been dedicated to yoga practices and women’s health for many years. We offer consultations, DNA tests, and yoga classes that help women discover their inner strength and harmony. We draw inspiration from traditional medicine and combine it with a Western perspective on health. We look forward to seeing you.
