We offer pilates, physiofit and yoga classes.

We teach Pilates by qualified teachers. We practice in small groups to maintain the quality of the classes. The difficulty of the class is tailored to the clients. We offer instructional DVDs, room rental for ballet, yoga and more.

We offer long term children's yoga classes for younger school age children. Our classes help develop children's flexibility and strength.
