I am a certified yoga instructor and therapist at One Brain Kinesiology, focusing on a holistic approach and healthy lifestyle. I offer individual and group yoga classes focusing on physio-principles, harmonizing the energy of the body - chakras and meridians, finding the cause of illness and pain - psychosomatics.

We are a yoga studio. Our goal is to provide a space for public and private yoga classes (vinyasa yoga, slow flow yoga, power yoga, fly yoga, aroma yoga, yin yoga), pilates classes, physio exercises and dance. Space for educational workshops, classes, interesting lectures and weekend yoga retreats.
