Operation of a sports centre. We focus on providing state and departmental sports representation of the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other important competitions.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

Operation of the field and field hockey club. The club trains children from 4 years of age in the categories of mini, benjamínci, preparatory, younger and older pupils and pupils, pupils, men and women A and B. Although we are a relatively unknown Olympic sport in the Czech Republic (3rd most widespread in the world), we have been in Hostivař since 1942.

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.

The institution organizationally, administratively and economically supports the activities of the associated associations, promotes and protects their common interests and rights.

Operation of the sports hall. The hall is preferably intended for handball. However, there are also smaller floorball goals suitable for football, portable basketball baskets with adjustable height, volleyball net

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We offer gym hire. We organize exercise classes and summer camps.
