Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

We offer the Feldenkrais® method, which uses mindful movement to improve quality of life and develop neuroplasticity. Our classes and training provide new perspectives on movement and body awareness. We also have a book, Moving to Self-Awareness, with complete information about the method.

The club offers courses in karate, kickboxing, self-defense, climbing for children and adults. It offers self-defense and climbing courses for schools and their students. For companies and their events it offers self-defense and kickboxing courses. It also organizes weekend training camps and suburban camps for its members and the general public.

Martial Arts School Plzeň offers Allkampf-Jitsu, which is a universal fighting system consisting of effective techniques of several fighting styles such as Karate, Judo, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, Kick boxing and also defense against weapons attack and the use of law enforcement.
