Offering martial arts courses.

We organise a sports club focusing on judo. We run men's and youth teams. For young children we run a preparatory school. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. We participate in competitions and tournaments.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

We are engaged in bringing together fans of the Chinese martial art of Wing Chun Kuen in the Czech Republic. We offer regular Wing Chun and Kung Fu courses. We organize for our members training stays, visits to old generation masters and research trips to different schools of Wing Chun Kuen.

We create the conditions for sports to have an effect and a pleasant experience. We prepare training and fitness programs, especially for endurance sports. We cater for athletes and clients of all performance and skill levels.

Offering movement courses to improve upright posture, greater flexibility or better coordination and ease of movement using the Feldenkrais method.
