I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. We are a non-political voluntary cultural and sports organisation. Our aim is to promote and develop Aikido as a moral and physical discipline created by Morihei Ueshiba from various traditional martial arts and based on his own spiritual knowledge. We publish teaching materials.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

We are a swimming club for children, youth and adults. We want to help children and young athletes fulfill their wishes and aspirations in the field of sport. We are one big sports family, we support and help each other. Our coaches are professionals in their field.
