We organize a sports club with a focus on judo. We focus on teaching children from 6 to 14 years old. We strive to develop their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and stamina. Children will learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique.

We offer judo and self-defense courses for children and adults, clubs for children, sports clubs, self-defense, fitness. We organize judo weekends and camps.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us, you will experience all techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

We offer summer sports and creative suburban camps for children aged 3 - 15. A 5 day packed programme full of fun, games, the joy of exercise and many other creative activities.
