We run a physical education unit for exercisers of all ages. We offer Kodokan judo classes for children and adults. We organize self-defense seminars. We organize summer camps and training camps. We strive to increase the physical and mental strength and stamina of the practitioners and develop their all-round mobility.

We offer judo lessons for boys and girls from 4 years old. We organize competitions, training sessions, camps and judo demonstrations. We provide judo classes in elementary schools.

Bringing volleyball players together, training coaches and organizing competitions.

We run a football club. We participate in junior, youth and men's games. We have a stadium with a capacity of 900 seats and 4100 standing.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Offer of extracurricular activities for children and youth. Organisation of seaside health stays for parents with children and children's summer camps. We also provide a selection of martial arts clubs, taekwondo, Mihon dojng and more.

Our club was founded by trainer Vlastimil Šmíd in 1988 as a private club and has been operating continuously since then until today. Since August 2016 we have been operating as a registered association and are registered under the world karate-do organization SKIF - Shotokan Karate-do International Federation.
