The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

We provide the possibility of renting a large or small sports hall and tennis courts with the possibility of using the sauna. We offer the possibility of indoor soccer, floorball, volleyball, basketball, figure skating, table tennis, etc. We have clubs for bodybuilding, sports gymnastics and many others.

Shotokan karate. The application of karate for real use in self-defense, this is our karate. Physical improvement, weight reduction, mental stability, these are our other goals. Anyone who decides to practice karate is welcome to join us, not only children, but also adults.
