Our events motivate children and adults to participate in training and create new teams. We believe that lacrosse has great potential and we look forward to its development.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Uechi-ryu is one of the four traditional Okinawan styles of karate. It is said to be the closest of all Okinawan styles to its original Chinese martial arts roots. The Kenyukai school was founded by Kiyohide Shinjo (10th dan) in 1981 and is now one of the dominant schools of the style.

We are an ice hockey club with a tradition since 1969. Our main focus is the education of youth hockey - we currently have a player base of 300 players.
