We offer karate and self-defense training. We run a Fight Art Japanese self-defense group. Regular meditation is an integral part of our training. We practice in small groups where a personal approach is provided.

We provide year-round instruction and courses in karate and self-defense. Our coaches are dedicated to children and young people, as young as 4 years old. We hold recruitments all year round: you will learn about the philosophy of karate, increase your physical fitness, mobility and self-control.

We offer courses in military defense style based on Russkoy Systemy and Dim Mak techniques. We organize two-month self-defense courses. The courses provided are suitable for men and women from 15 years of age. Our services also include organizing seminars. We also offer first aid or survival courses.
