Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

Interest group of crossword and puzzle solvers and creators organizes solving competitions and contests. We publish magazines with the theme of puzzles. Members of the association earn qualification points in competitions and can become holders of qualification classes (from third to master).

Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. For this purpose the dojo is equipped with punching bags, lapas, bouncers and other necessary equipment to make the training sessions have the greatest effect.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. We strive to develop technical sports as a means of realizing the interests of youth and increasing their level of mental and physical endurance and readiness. We focus mainly on biathlon, shooting sports and fire sports. We bring together students, teachers and university staff.

We are a floorball team operating in Prague since 2009. As time went by, a small extracurricular activity of a few members has developed into a legitimate club playing several competitions within Czech Floorball.
