The school teaches traditional Chinese martial arts that originate from the northern Shaolin monastery and Taiji quan style of chen. We offer individual lessons and performances. We teach Tan tui, Kunli, Chang quan, Mi zong quan, Nan quan, Fanzi quan, family style Pigua quan and more.

We operate an association dedicated to teaching the Korean martial art of Teakwon-Do. Taekwon-Do strengthens the mental side of a person at the same time as developing physical fitness.

Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline. We have our own dedicated gym.

Martial arts school engaged in the study of the entire system of Kodokan Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and teaching modern self-defense. We target all age groups and cater to them.

We represent karate clubs that teach the traditional form of the sport, self-defence or supplementary exercises. We keep a register of referees in the Central Bohemia region.

We try to develop in the practitioners their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn basic movement skills and fall technique.
