We offer training in all semi and full contact forms of kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training in the form of NO-GI Grappling.

We offer a wide range of opportunities for tennis enthusiasts of all ages, including lessons led by qualified coaches. You can book a court and enjoy a pleasant time in our Café & Bistro. We also organise social sporting events and tournaments for individuals and teams.
