Jumping, dance classes, and workshops held in downtown Brno. I believe that movement isn’t just about exercise. It’s also about joy, energy, connection, and a space where you can be yourself. And it’s with exactly this mindset that I’ve been teaching jumping classes since 2019 and dance classes since 2023.

We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).
