We operate a library focused on specialized literature. We collect books and journals in education and related fields of social sciences. Our collections include textbooks for primary and secondary schools from the 19th century onwards, educational journals from the 1830s onwards and children's literature from the late 18th century onwards.

Organizing a theatre festival.

We operate a museum that collects, processes and preserves applied art, craftsmanship and design. We conduct basic and applied research in the history of Czech and foreign applied art, design, book culture, photography and clothing.

The operation of an independent professional trade union with a national presence. The association gives awards in theatre, dubbing, television and film comedy and other fields.

We operate a research library with a study room. There is an on-line catalogue of books and internet access. We lend Czech and specialist literature. We provide lending, reference, reservation and reprographic services. We organize literary talks and other library events.
