The Coffee Roastery was established in 2015 after 9 years of development as a family business for the production and distribution of quality fresh roasted coffee. It happened at the instigation of one of the founders, due to the long absence of getting quality coffee that he liked in the Czech Republic.

BirdSong Coffee is a family roastery where we take coffee as a joy and a responsibility. We select beans from farms that farm sustainably, often growing coffee trees in the shade of the surrounding trees and with respect for nature and biodiversity. We care about the taste, quality and origin of each of our coffees.

Operation of a café, bistro and roastery. Most of the dishes are prepared from organic food and with the help of local farmers. In the café you can taste cakes and fresh sourdough bread of our production, as well as coffee beans that are roasted in the presence of our guests.
