Trainer Lukáš is there for free and offers traditional and non-traditional training concepts. Capacity limited to small groups of interested people.

The studio offers kickboxing, boxing, fitness and conditioning exercises, ADK, exercise for children, circuit training and other activities. Massage and private lessons with a professional instructor can be booked.
