Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Try our Krav Maga self-defense and kick boxing courses for complete beginners. You'll meet people who want to get started in combat sports just like you. Follow up lessons, effective teaching and a friendly team - all in a fully equipped gym with great facilities. Classes are taught by KM expert Jan Pazdiora.

The Association is a national sports federation, which since 1992, according to the Ministry of Education, is the only recognized organization,responsible for the development of Muaythai in the Czech Republic. It provides the Czech national representation, organizes championship competitions, cares for talented youth and thanks to its membership in the COC is the exclusive representative of Muaythai in the Czech Republic.

Offering martial arts courses - karate, thaibox, MMA, aikido, self-defense, iaido, jodo. We also offer sports preparation classes for preschoolers, girls volleyball, zumba, power yoga, yoga for seniors. The first class is free, no obligation to try the training.

I provide aqua aerobics, kickboxing, dance and fitness classes for the public. I organize sports wellness events with exercise. Also offer deep aqua aerobics, jogging and relaxation.
