Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We offer a wide selection of quality sports equipment and inspirational posters for combat sports such as boxing, muay thai, jiujitsu and more. Our products are carefully selected and tested to ensure your satisfaction. Join us and motivate yourself to achieve your sporting goals.

We run a gym which is equipped with Grün Sport machines with 9 punching bags and two rings. We offer martial arts classes. We provide trainers in the gym as well as a training schedule.

We offer fitness coaching in kickboxing, thai boxing and fitness. We hold personal and group classes for the public as well as training seminars.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.
