Through our centre we provide a space for personal development, using mainly art and body work. Our mission is to strive to improve the lives of those around us, especially women. We hold classes in mandala drawing and other art techniques. We also offer webinars and online courses on mandalas.

Therapeutic and counselling sessions (in person and online) on the topics of personal development, mental health, partner and intergenerational relationships, children's education, parenting. I also run parent education courses, women's programmes and professional workshops on emotional balance. I also offer subscriptions.
