Our meat is matured by long smoking in a classic fruit wood smoker - log by log. No accelerated processes in an electric smoker. Only Czech meat and salt

In our counter you can choose as you like. We will be happy to advise you on choosing the right meat for your meal. We will prepare the meat in such a way as to facilitate the preparation of your meal. We will cut the smoked meat fresh on request and pack it precisely.
