Our family has been producing sausage specialties since the 1930s. We offer fresh, dried and durable products such as sausages, bacon and sausage rolls. We work with local artisans and are happy to represent the traditions of our ancestors. We are also happy to make other specialties to order.

In our shop you can find fresh meat on the shelves every day. We pride ourselves on the high quality of the meat, sausages, cheese, delicatessen, selected fish specialties, pastries and other supplementary assortment. Quality and freshness are what make us a true butcher shop.

We operate a grocery store.

In our supermarkets you can find all kinds of food such as meat, vegetables, fruit, spices or beverages including organic products, as well as drugstores and household goods. Operation of a delicatessen with a buffet. We offer fresh meat and cold cuts. In the buffet you can buy freshly fried semi-finished products, soups or salads.

Operation of a meat shop. We offer beef, pork, chicken, turkey, venison, lamb, veal and horsemeat direct from the butcher.

We sell venison products. Our venison comes from hunting grounds, game preserves and farms in the Kokořín region, which we care for and look after.
