We are dedicated to protecting and advocating for the needs, rights and interests of all the hearing impaired in the country. We offer interpreting services for the hearing impaired, sign language courses for the public, a counseling center for the hearing impaired, social and legal counseling, assistance in dealing with the authorities, room rental.

We provide assistance for the hearing impaired. Our aim is to benefit deaf and hard of hearing people in particular, but also family members and friends, and to provide links to specialist services in technical, phoniatric, speech therapy, psychological, social and employment law.

We run an organization that seeks to propose and comment on regulations to affect the lives of hearing impaired citizens. We participate in the Interpreter Services for the Deaf project.

We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.

The main goal of the association is to create an information base for parents of deaf and hard of hearing children. We help families to overcome the effects of hearing impairment and try to contribute to the best possible placement of children in the mainstream hearing society.
