We provide telephone psychotherapy anonymously and free of charge to everyone from 16 years of age to senior citizens. It helps clients who are troubled by family, partnership or employment relationships, anxiety, feelings of loneliness, depression or the pressures and expectations of the environment.

Mindwell offers digital therapy programs, which in some cases can be completed with reimbursement from your health insurance company. They are aimed at managing depression, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem and building mental resilience. Each programme includes support from a therapist.
