The oldest and largest puppet museum in the Czech Republic located in the beautiful historic Mydlář House. Permanent exhibition focused on puppetry in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the log cabins, you’ll find examples of how small farmers lived and managed their farms from the mid-19th century to the mid-20th century. The tour also includes unique historical artifacts related to water-powered machinery.

We operate a heritage site which is the original lime kilns. Inside there is an exhibition of the lime industry. It was built in 1893 and ceased operation in 1960.

The exposition of East Bohemian Baroque sculpture is located in the reconstructed premises of St. Joseph's Church in the former Capuchin monastery. Concerts, lectures, weddings, theatre performances and more are held in the museum.
