Operation of a historic castle open to the public with guided tours and permanent exhibitions dedicated to the history of the building and important personalities. It includes cultural and social events, exhibitions and programmes for visitors.

A unique section of the above-ground and underground defensive system of the Josefov Fortress, which ranks among the top works of fortification construction of the second half of the 18th century. Part of the premises is used for the exhibition of cannons and artillery ammunition. The guided tour of the building is accessible from Bastion X.

The permanent exhibition History of the town of Dvůr Králové, the permanent exhibition Production of Christmas decorations and the permanent exhibition of textile printing. The second building serves as a gallery, where the Baroque Stations of the Cross by Jan Václav Bergl is exhibited and an exhibition hall used for short-term exhibitions.

Operation of a hunting lodge. We offer Baroque-style interiors, a feast hall with distinctive acoustics, a viewing gallery and a tower with an oval floor plan. On the first floor you can find a 16-metre high banquet hall with distinctive acoustics and on the second floor an observation gallery.

The Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové is a contributory organization established by the Hradec Králové Region. It has a regional competence, but in many activities it crosses the borders of the region. It is one of the ten largest museums in the Czech Republic. The 17th-century Romanesque church can be found in the beautiful surroundings of the Jirásek Gardens near the confluence of the Elbe and Orlice rivers. However, it has not stood here since time immemorial, it was moved to the town only in the 20th century.

The museum provides tours of fortifications from World War II. Offering tourist cards and stamps. There is also a function room which offers refreshments and space to warm up in the winter. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access and video.
