The guard house No. 1 is a national cultural monument and a branch of the South Bohemian Museum.

The Memorial houses a museum with an interactive exhibition dedicated to Jan Žižek, his life, work and historical significance. It is complemented by a new exhibition introducing the film Jan Žižka (Medieval) by director and producer Petr Jákl.

The South Bohemian Museum in České Budějovice is one of the most important cultural institutions in South Bohemia. It was founded in 1877 as one of the oldest regional museums.

The museum's permanent exhibition presents visitors with the village life of our ancestors and traditional crafts in their historical and contemporary form. A significant part of the exhibition is devoted to emigration to America. Visitors can thus learn about the reasons for emigration, its course and the individual stories of the emigrants themselves.

Offering tours of historic castle exhibitions. Hluboká Castle was originally founded as a guard castle in the middle of the 13th century by Czech kings and as a royal property it was often pawned. It is possible to organize weddings, cultural and social events.
