Among the exhibits you will find historic cars, motorcycles and a unique exhibition of bicycles. Tram and railway enthusiasts will also find something to enjoy. In 1278, it was acquired by the Bibrštejn family, who contributed significantly to the construction of the castle palace. The current exhibition includes the oldest castle museum in Central Europe, a chapel with valuable furnishings and two castle wings.

Offer tours of the castle and the adjacent English park, which has several rare trees. The predecessor of today's castle was an early Gothic castle built after 1300 on a rock above the Jizera River. It is a modern ideal reconstruction of an early medieval noble residence from the 12th and early 13th century. The manor consists of a fortified "nobility" on a hill and an adjacent settlement of craftsmen. Various cultural events and historical fencing battles take place here throughout the year.

The exhibition “Healers of the Pojizeří and Podkrkonoší Regions” features more than thirty notable figures from a broad geographic area, spanning the period from the 18th century to the beginning of the 21st century.

We offer visitors a collection of modern glass - both applied and fine art. A unique element is the possibility to watch the glassmakers work from the gallery. The museum aims to enrich cultural life through a permanent exhibition and short-term exhibitions.
