The museum is located in a house that belonged to the famous Abel glass family. The basis of the exhibition consists of furniture, paintings and crockery from their family estate. The glass on display comes mainly from the Abel glassworks. The exposition also recalls the tradition of the pottery and the death boards are also interesting.

The Baroque chateau has undergone an interesting architectural development that reflects the dramatic history of Horažďovice. During the season you can visit for example: the Great Hall with unique fresco decorations, the chapel, the hunting corridor, the medieval tower, the Empire salon, or the enfilade of rooms with seasonal exhibitions of the Municipal Museum.

The museum is located directly in Křižík's birth house. The exhibition was opened in 1957 and its core is a working arc lamp from 1884 connected to a power system.

We offer an exhibition that presents the life of the Jewish minority in the West Bohemian border region. The first part of the exposition presents the culture and religion of the Jewish population in the West Bohemian border region. The second part of the exposition is devoted to the life and fate of the sons of Simon Adler. The museum is a branch of the Museum of Sumava Sušice.

We offer tours of the castle ruins, possibility of a tour with a dog. The core of the castle was probably built at the beginning of the 13th century in the form of a watchtower. Its task was to protect the trade route connecting the towns of Sušice and Horažďovice. It is possible to organize wedding ceremonies, concerts, lectures and dramatic performances.

Nemilkov Chateau with the ash yard, whose history dates back to the early Middle Ages, offers unique tours of the chateau with the owners, permanent exhibitions and displays, cultural and social events, a summer outdoor bar and seating in the courtyard, celebrations and wedding ceremonies. This is where those who repair them open their doors.

We operate an open-air museum of folk architecture. There is a timbered shed with a barn, a timbered spychar, a timbered barn from the mill premises, a copy of a fruit dryer, a residential cottage and a copy of a woodcutter's seasonal log cabin. There is also a niche chapel with a baroque treasury and a reconciliation cross.

The Visitor Centre of the Geophysical Institute of the CAS is located at the Kašperské Hory Seismic Observatory. We invite you to take a tour of the Kristýna adit and visit the museum, where we will explain the principles of seismic measurements.

We operate a museum showing the history of the region from prehistory to the present day. We run an exhibition of town history and vernacular architecture with interpretation of the history. We exhibit collections, Czech toys and glass and other objects from the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Enlightenment to the 19th and 20th centuries.
