A children's programme is held in the hall every weekend. We offer mainly fairy tale theatre performances, art workshops. On weekdays it is also possible to book a morning educational programme for school groups. More information can be found on our website.

We run a permanent exhibition full of fun and machines for families with children and school trips. A track on an area of almost 600 m2, game corners, RC models, virtual reality, car tracks, additional exhibitions and more.

In a building from the 16th century we run a small museum dedicated to the history of the vanished Podskalí, the life of its inhabitants and the Vltava voyage. The exhibition also shows the history of freight and passenger shipping on the Vltava and the beginnings of Vltava steam navigation. There is also a restaurant in the building.

The monastery was founded in 993 by Prince Boleslav II together with Bishop St. Adalbert. The original structures were Romanesque. The church’s 11th-century crypt has been preserved beneath the Baroque Basilica of St. Margaret. We are engaged in the operation of a museum that documents and presents the history, development and activities of the security forces on the territory of the former Czechoslovakia from the time of its establishment to the present, criminalistics and famous criminal cases and presents the issues of the air service, foreign and border police.

CO shield fallout shelter from the late 1950s and early 1960s. The area of the shelter is 1332 m2 and it can shelter 1300 people. The shelter is well maintained, lighted, heated and fully functional when needed. There are public tours on one Saturday of each month. The shelter has its own tourist stamp and business card.

We provide information service for professionals and the general public. We collect and archive written documents, audio-visual recordings, etc.

The historic steamboat Vyšehrad is home to the only Steamboat Museum in the Czech Republic. The exhibition traces more than 160 years of the history of Prague Steamboat Navigation and chronicles the development of river transport on the Vltava River.

The museum houses approximately four thousand exhibits. The museum part is for the general public, the depository is for study and scientific purposes.
