Its owner Zacharias of Hradec had the original Gothic castle turned into a Renaissance mansion in the 16th century. The reconstruction took place in two stages under the direction of Italian masters. The museum offers two permanent exhibitions - the studio of the Namesti photographer Ondřej Knoll and Papírník's printing house. You can see old photographic and printing machines from the beginning of the last century, photographs from the old Náměstí and its surroundings and learn about the past of the printing craft.
