We organise lectures and practical workshops to show different ways of developing mindfulness. We focus, among other things, on the use of mindfulness in communication and interpersonal relationships. We offer long-term mindfulness training programs that support individuals and teams in long-term growth.

We organize courses and workshops. We run interest groups. The centre includes laboratories and workshops for different disciplines, a Science on Sphere Hall and a Children's World Hall. Children from kindergarten and primary school will also find their place here.

LENTILKA is an organization providing comprehensive care and counseling to children with special educational needs and healthy children. It includes an integration kindergarten and a rehabilitation centre. LENTILKA was established on 1 January 1992 as a contributory organisation and a non-state health facility, the founder is the City of Pardubice.

We organise first aid and communication courses and training for companies, teams of teachers and other people working with children and young people. We provide thematically focused teambuilding training, during which participants test their knowledge in practice. We offer public training in first aid.
