EXIT therapeutic community for minors and young adults (14 - 26 years old). Our mission is to provide support to minors and young adults who find themselves in adverse social situations as a result of harmful substance use or gambling.
The service is intended for all people who find themselves in adverse life situations. The assistance is mediated through social workers, social service workers, SD centres or workers of authorities and other organisations and institutions.
The mission of the shelter is to provide temporary accommodation for adult men without shelter, facilities for food preparation and support, or help to solve their unfavourable life situation. The level of support and assistance is based on the individual needs of the clients.
The mission of the outreach program is to locate and contact homeless persons over the age of 18 in their natural environment. We strive to reduce the health and social risks caused by the lifestyle of the clients and motivate them to be active and independent in dealing with adverse social situations.
The main objective of the activity is to support the transition of the target group from the state of housing need to the state of housing and to support the maintenance of housing in the long term.
We care for families with children in long-term adverse social situations. The service is provided in an outreach form. We provide social therapeutic activities and assistance in exercising rights. We carry out educational, training and activation activities.
The service is intended for women aged 18 and over who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation related to the loss of housing and who have a personal interest in actively addressing their situation.
We operate a shelter for mothers with children providing temporary accommodation for mothers with children who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation related to the loss of housing. With individual support, we try to address their situation so that they can integrate into mainstream society and find suitable housing.
Adults (men, women) who, due to their unfavourable social situation, find themselves homeless or at risk of losing their housing and are unable to resolve this situation on their own and integrate into society due to lack of skills or abilities. Capacity 8 clients.
