We offer accommodation to mobile and immobile people over 26 years of age who have reduced physical or mental independence due to substance dependency, chronic mental illness or various types of dementia.
The mission of the social service Charity House of St. Zdislava is to support mothers with children, women with children entrusted to their care and pregnant women who have fallen into an unfavourable social situation associated with the loss of housing, in their self-sufficiency and participation in ordinary life in society.
We contact children and young people aged 6-20 in the city of Karviná in places that are close to these groups - parks, benches, playgrounds, housing estates. Our mission is to act preventively, to provide advice, help and support in situations that children and young people face.

In cooperation with the clients of the service, we strive to maintain the coexistence of family members and the healthy development of children in the family, strengthen their independence and strive for the social inclusion of families into society.
Operation of sheltered workshops. We help to develop work skills and provide training in skills to manage self-care. We organize various lectures and excursions and provide spiritual support.
Operation of a day care facility designed to increase the self-sufficiency of fellow citizens with intellectual and combined disabilities. Clients are included in normal activities such as travel, library visits and cultural and social events.
