The parish's main purpose is to provide spiritual facilities for Roman Catholic Christians living in its area. We celebrate regular services at the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and the Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius. We strive to promote all that is good, beautiful and true. We are a non-governmental non-profit organization providing outreach, outpatient and residential social services and nursing health services for the city of Vyškov and its catchment municipalities. The target group is persons in need due to illness, incapacity, old age, persons with physical or mental disabilities.

The Czechoslovak Hussite Church is a Christian church. It was founded in 1920 by separation from the Roman Catholic Church. Its theology, liturgy and religious life of its congregations were influenced by the traditions of the Czech and world Reformation, but also by the tradition of primitive Christianity and the heritage of Cyril and Methodius. We are an open community.
