A family-owned company is restoring life in the unique industrial complexes in the UNESCO Bohemian Paradise Geopark. It brings life back to forgotten buildings in Semily, Železný Brod or Přepeří u Turnova. It creates unique places for public, cultural and business life.

We operate a community centre. The main theatre hall is equipped with lighting equipment, a 6x4m stage, theatre dressing rooms, technical facilities and a large screen for the possibility of film performances (data projector). A bar can be operated during events. A large capacity kitchen is available in the building.
