We offer individual training, group lessons (max 12 people) and closed courses for children and adults. Group classes: circuit training, body form, pilates, tabata, zumba, yoga, healthy back and feet, compensatory exercises, dance classes for children, postpartum and diastasis exercises, women's strengthening.

We support operators, fitness entrepreneurs as well as personal trainers and group class instructors. Each of these groups will find information suitable for their activity or business.

I am a Nordic Walking instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education and Science. I am a guide for daily healthy movement, healthy diet and holistic approach. I offer individual or group courses in the basics of Nordic Walking, as well as regular lessons every week.
