We offer Nordic Walking and hiking in Pilsen and its surroundings for beginners and advanced. We teach the correct technique of walking with sticks, we walk in small groups without power pressure and explore nature and interesting places. We also offer digital learning for seniors and help with mobile phones, PC and internet.

Accredited Nordic Walking instructor (certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science). I organize group Nordic Walking courses and individual lessons. I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.
