We are a team of trainers and therapists who help people feel better - pain-free, in balance. We specialize in SM system (SPS), DNS, Pilates and yoga. We offer group exercise classes, individual consultations, educational courses and workshops.
We provide a virtual gym in the form of video lessons. Our goal is to harmonize body, mind and soul through a movement program. We focus on proper exercise execution to help compensate for muscle imbalances and improve overall health.
