We offer physiopilates and compensatory and conditioning exercises. We train with foam roller, pilates circle, big and small ball, rubber band and bosu.

We offer Zumba and Port De Bras classes. We organize exercise tours abroad.

We run a gymnastic aerobics section for children. We offer aerobics classes for the public focusing on step, conditioning, Bosu, Body ball and Let's dance. The workout composition encourages the development of general movement skills, whether you have the disposition or not.

Seasonal change of assortment - winter (sledges, bobsleds, cross-country skiing, etc.), summer (swimming equipment, swimming pools, boats, etc.), outdoor products (camping, trekking poles, etc.), assortment for outdoor sports, team sports, etc.
