Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

We offer aerobics, bodystyling, pilates, zumba, bodyball, pilox training and p-class. Each class is finished with stretching. We also practice circuit training, stepping, chi-toning and more.

We operate a sports and relaxation centre. We offer several styles of yoga, compensatory exercises, fitness training, interest seminars or children's programs.

A private fitness centre focused on functional training. Personal training, entrance for clients only with a trainer, exercises with a physiotherapist, boxing, Thai boxing, rehabilitation exercises, massages.

Private indoor gym. We do individual, semi-private, group training for up to 8 people and athlete training. We base everything on as much individual contact as possible in a comfortable environment.
