We are specialists in fitness and conditioning for the general population, athletes, lifeguards, children and people with disabilities and injuries. We focus on healthy lifestyles, diet modification, weight loss, muscle growth and fitness development.

The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.

We offer an individual approach in the treatment of back pain, joint pain and rehabilitation of post-surgical and post-traumatic conditions. We also provide visceral therapy (for heartburn and digestive problems) and pelvic floor diagnostics.

Keshu Yoga is a brand of Kateřina Gelnar (meditation teacher and yoga instructor). It offers an online platform for Indian yoga, pilates and meditation, complemented by occasional workshops and personal meetings. Keshu Yoga helps build a strong, functional and healthy body while calming the mind through mindful movement and breath.
