We have a variety of training sessions available in our gym (conditioning - ring, kickboxing-thaiboxing, personal training).

The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.

Private physiotherapy clinic with an emphasis on strength and conditioning training. We offer an individual approach in the treatment of back pain, joint pain and rehabilitation of post-surgical and post-traumatic conditions. We also provide visceral therapy (for heartburn and digestive problems) and pelvic floor diagnostics.

Rehabilitation, in our opinion, belongs in the gym. Based on this, we combine musculoskeletal correction with elements of strength training. We offer: rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system after injury, elimination of musculoskeletal pain, conditioning and fitness exercises, strength training of athletes sports massage.
