We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, classes are suitable for men, women and children.

Our fitness center focuses on healthy exercise with elements of developmental kinesiology. We offer group classes with a maximum of 5 people, where the trainer thoroughly checks the correct execution of exercises. We also provide personal training and children's classes.
