We offer services in the field of fitness training. We organize fitness training, teaching self-defense and kick and punch techniques for fitness use, personal, group and functional training. We also organize weekend or multi-day conditioning camps.

Aikido martial arts for children, youth and adults. We practice in small groups divided according to age categories (parents with children from 4 years old, children from 6 to 11 years old, from 11 to 14 years old, youth from 12 years old and adults). Recruitment takes place mainly in September, but those interested in Aikido can also apply throughout the year.

I offer the services of a fitness trainer. I provide advice on losing excess pounds, gaining muscle mass or health problems. I can also help with creating a diet or following a proper lifestyle. I provide regenerative and sports massages. I will also issue gift vouchers.
