Our goal is to develop young basketball talents through intensive training and mental preparation. We offer individual attention, shooting techniques and skills to be successful on and off the court. At Elite Hoops Camp we will learn how to be a team leader and handle pressure during games.

We run a hockey club. The club aims to educate players who would represent the city of Prostejov, not only in terms of sports, but also socially. The club wants to operate transparently and on a democratic principle.

We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.

Fitness for women with circuit training. Our workout effectively and quickly burns fat and shapes the female figure in as little as 30 minutes twice a week. Any age, weight, fitness and health limitations are not a barrier. All the time you are taken care of by a trainer who will also advise you on your diet.

We offer 2 types of courses - sports preparation and karate for children, karate and self-defence for adults. Training sessions are held regularly under the guidance of professional trainers.

We offer comprehensive fitness equipment for strength and conditioning training. Our experienced trainers will help you achieve your strength, endurance and fitness goals. Our services also include a functional training and martial arts area, perfect for intense workouts.

We offer swimming courses. You can come to us and we will teach you how to swim. Progressive swimming lessons not only for children but also for adults.

We are a traditional floorball club that focuses on the education of young talents and the promotion of floorball. Our main activities are training sessions for children and youth, where we teach not only the technique of the game, but also values such as fair play and teamwork. We are looking forward to welcoming new members.
