I am a personal fitness trainer and active firefighter. I help men and women lose weight, get stronger and improve physical fitness. I work with clients of all levels - from beginners to athletes. I train in person in Valasske Mezirici, or online. My approach is individual, friendly and focused on healthy movement.

I offer personal trainer services in the fitness center and conduct fitness training for athletes. Personal training sessions are designed for people who want to give a new impetus to their lives through exercise and, under quality guidance, first bring the body into physical and mental balance and then increase the level of physical abilities.

We run a volleyball club.
