We are a traditional floorball club that focuses on the education of young talents and the promotion of floorball. Our main activities are training sessions for children and youth, where we teach not only the technique of the game, but also values such as fair play and teamwork. We focus on providing services in the field of sport and healthy lifestyle. We offer services such as sports, fitness and movement training not only for athletes or children. We also offer alternative methods - Access Bars® or MTVSS. We also provide healthy lifestyle and sports services.

I am a strength and conditioning and corrective coach. Conditioning and strength training, basics and development of weightlifting techniques, gymnastics, working with your own body. Diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system, based on the output of which I will design an appropriate training program. Trainer of group CrossFit classes.

We offer 2 types of courses - sports preparation and karate for children, karate and self-defence for adults. Training sessions are held regularly under the guidance of professional trainers.
